Welcome to my art shop! By using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Descriptions: I make every effort to provide accurate descriptions of my original art and giclee prints, including dimensions, materials, and any unique characteristics. However, i cannot guarantee that colors and other details will be exactly as they appear on your screen.
2. Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If i m unable to fulfill your order, i will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.
3. Payment: We accept payment by iDeal, Credit card, PayPal, and other methods as indicated on my shop while checkout. Payment must be received in full before we will ship your order.
4. Shipping: I ship to locations within Europe and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Original artwork will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. Giclee art prints without frames will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. Giclee prints with frames may take up to 3 weeks to ship, as i custom frame each print to order. Please note that customs fees, taxes, and other import charges may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Returns and Exchanges: I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a return or exchange. Returns or exchanges for other reasons, such as a change of mind, are not accepted.
6. Copyright and Reproduction: All artwork and images on my website are the property of the artist and are protected by copyright law. Reproduction, distribution, or other use of our artwork without permission is strictly prohibited.
