I take great pride of my artwork and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that all sales are final and my artwork is non-refundable unless it arrives damaged. In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photographic evidence of the damage. I will then work with you to arrange a repair or replacement of the damaged artwork.
Every piece of art will be sent well-protected with secure and insured DHL Express shipment. Please note that the prices of our artwork are exclusive of the cost of secure and insured shipping. The cost of secure and insured shipping will be added to your order at the time of checkout.
Please note that any artwork that has been damaged due to mishandling or negligence on the part of the customer will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. If you have any questions or concerns about our Refund and Returns Policy, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
